Account Deletion Request
For security, this flow uses OTP verification before scheduling account deletion.
Enter the phone number registered with the clinic.
Confirm the OTP code.
After verification, portal account deletion is scheduled within 30 days.
The request covers the patient portal account, authentication data, profile data, notification tokens, and user-uploaded documents where possible. The clinic may retain specific medical, financial, or legal records when required by law.

تنبيه: حذف الحساب هنا يعني تعطيل حساب بوابة المريض وحذف بيانات البوابة الشخصية المدعومة خلال 30 يوماً، وليس إزالة السجل الطبي أو المالي الذي يجب على العيادة الاحتفاظ به قانونياً.
